Ryan N. Chae, Esq.

Managing Attorney

Ryan N. Chae, Esq. is the founding Managing Partner of RNC Legal and an experienced trial attorney licensed to practice before the Florida Courts. His career has been defined by high-stakes litigation and decisive results — recovering millions of dollars on behalf of individuals, businesses, and institutional clients confronting complex disputes in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County courts.

Mr. Chae's litigation record extends to Florida's highest judicial forum. He has argued before the Florida Supreme Court — an achievement reached by only a small fraction of Florida practitioners — bringing the same command of the record and precision of oral argument that he applies in trial courts across the state.

Mr. Chae received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University. At FAU, he made a lasting institutional contribution before ever entering a courtroom: as the founder and first Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Atlantic University Undergraduate Law Journal — a publication he established that remains actively publishing today, providing a forum for undergraduate legal scholarship throughout the state.

Mr. Chae has also served as special outside corporate counsel to the Government of Bermuda — a reflection of a practice that has consistently extended beyond conventional representation to institutional and governmental engagement at the highest levels.

Julio A. Cruz, II

Julio A. Cruz, II is the Senior Paralegal at RNC Legal, bringing more than 25 years of litigation experience to the firm's case management and client support operations. Born in Germany and raised just outside of Savannah, Georgia, Julio has been a committed South Florida resident for many years and is a trusted presence for clients and counsel alike. His extensive background in litigation support — spanning document review, discovery coordination, case preparation, and client communication — makes him an indispensable part of the RNC Legal team.

Outside the office, Julio is the proud owner of Zeus, his loyal black Labrador.

Wendy Lettieri

Office Administrator

Wendy Lettieri is the Office Administrator at RNC Legal, ensuring that the firm's daily operations run smoothly and that every client experiences a professional and welcoming environment from first contact. Originally from New York, Wendy has long called South Florida home and brings a warm, organized, and highly efficient approach to her role. Her attention to detail and genuine care for clients and colleagues alike make her the steady force that keeps the office running at its best.

When she is not keeping the office in order, Wendy enjoys spending time with Lilly, her beloved cat.
